OK stuff started loading and I was able to sign in with Apple again. My cliques were lost but I guess that’s just from all the migrations lately? Worth it for velocity.
OK I gather that you go into the state when there is some problem with communicating with the service. If so that is definitely bad and will frustrate and scare people off. Needs safe non-networking states.

This is very confusing, not sure how this happened. Migrations should never delete underlying models unless they get completely removed.
Was this the first time you opened after updating? Maybe local storage, which is where auth credentials get saved, got messed up.
No actually. First time I opened after update it Just Worked. Subsequent hard (but not soft) launches put me in this state for a while
before Something happens and it’s back
Hrm will test, i did do one small change to my auth component that may be the culprit
